I received a letter from Publishers Clearing House saying I am the second place winner in 100 million dollars giveaway sponsored by Readers Digest and others. Enclosed was a check for $7,630.88 from Expert Transportation Services in Freeport , PA It looks like a real heck made out to Elmer Duncan. In the letter are instructions to contact claims manager Maria Costa, Tel: 1-587-718-0416. It says the check is for insurance and attorney fees and do not deposit before contacting the claims manager. Is this all a scam and what should I now do?
