I received a phone call from a person who stated he was from Publisher Clearing House and I won 5 million dollars and in order for me to get the winning I would need to send Publisher Clearing House $5,000. And he would be on the phone till I get the money. I told him I can call him back since I didnt have a car at the time. He got mad since he said he would wait and hung up.
