Consumer was contacted by phone from someone who said he was with Publisher’s Clearing House. They told her she won a car and 2.5 million dollars. And then personal questions about if she owned her house and if she was a senior citizen. Consumer told him she was contacting the BBB. He he was foreign sounding.
