Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
On 5 Dec 2017 my wife and I purchased a Townhome in Florida. Today, 29 Dec 2017, I received a "RECORDED DEED NOTICE" with a $86 service fee to obtain a copy of our "Current Grant Deed and Property Assessment Profile". This of course is total nonsense as we received the recorded Deed after closing. It looks very official…This company should be prosecuted for fraud.
