I ordered from this website after seeing an ad for a mini endoscopy tool. It has been 4 months and it hasn’t come in. Tracking seems to be fake as it never updates. I emailed “customer service” many times and they’ve told me to “bear with them” each time and refuse to send a refund.

I purchase a medical ear wax removal endoscope back in May 1 2020. It is now July 28th and I have not received the item I have contacted a DANA CARTER who seems to be the point of contact for the company who had always told me that she us very sorry for the delay but she blames it on COVID 19, I have asked for for her phone number but she tells me that their phones are down I ask her fir a physical address and she says that they communicate via email. Her email us [email protected] when I use the tracking number they gave me it is in Chinese and it tells me once translated that the item has been accepted and it is on a plane to destination country (since around mid May). The last update on the such tracking number says on a plane since May 25. Ni phone number, ni physical address and they refuse to give me my money back because they say they are unable to cancel an order once it us en route to destination. (On a plane since 25 May?) It is July 28th 2020. This is a hoax/scam from a real website from a real proear product I believe.

Sometime at the end of March 2020, I saw a Facebook ad for an ear endoscope. I thought it was really neat and decided to buy it. I checked out the Facebook page and their website. I was hesitant but everything looked legitimate. I ordered my endoscope for $29.99. A couple weeks go by into April and I am so excited, I decide to email the company and ask if they have an update on my shipping information. I was given a tracking number for usps and told shipping was taking a bit longer. I stayed patient until April 30th when I emailed again and again was given the same email word for word and the same tracking number yet another shipping provider. A much sketchier one on a website called 17Track.net. I checked the tracking number and everything was in Chinese. I knew something was fishy so I started going through their Facebook page. Their page is full of angry reactions to their posts and people commenting that they ordered months ago and haven’t received a package. I saw one guy say it took months but he finally received his package and it was my only glimmer of hope. So I remained patient until I emailed them again on June 30th. Same email, same tracking number. I tried disputing the charge with my bank but they said I had to dispute it within 30 days of the transaction. Well ProEar, I hope you enjoyed my $30. Also, they have another Facebook page called GetProEar. Learn from my mistake and don’t bother ordering.

Order ProEar product on line beginning of May and have never received product. Received an email that had been shipped May 6th and nothing since, tracking shows China transit. I have tried to contact company by email on their website that says contact us and have had no response!
