Received a call from a person saying they were from Procter & Gamble and I had won $750,000 and $300,000 of it would be held back for taxes and fees. Then, they asked me to complete a background check to make sure I had no criminal history. That costs $4,500.00 They asked me to go to IDC and get my 16 digit code from Joseph Akron 202-818-8661. Case number FA-001-04. THe FCA will take 1% out for their fees. I was to call Arthur Valentine at Proctor & Gamble at 513-898-2590 afterwards to get the ball rolling.
