A "Notification Re Authorization and Release" notification card was sent to my client via mail stating she received a Guaranteed Report of Entry Procedures and Directives in the aggregate amount of $1,241,000. "PRA" is asking her to send a one-time $19.95 Report fee. Please see attachment.
