Type of a scam Online Purchase

Ad popped up for a product by Christie Brinkley along with her episode on Dr. Oz with this product. Found out later that this is not endorsed by her and is not her product. Product was advertised free sample and automatically enrolled me in two products. I was charged $200 weeks later for this product which I did not agree to. I called customer service to complain and they refused to give me money back. I waited on hold to speak to fraud department for 2 hours and never spoke with them and was told the fraud department will do nothing for me. They wanted me to call back with my bank on the phone, however my bank said that they do not do that. I feel this is another part of the scam. I told them I disputed with bank, and for some reason they wanted my bank to call on three way call.
