Type of a scam Online Purchase

On Facebook I kept receiving an ad for "free pride flags". On June 2nd, I decided to purchase two flags from the site. The items indeed were free but the shipping was over twenty dollars. I completed my order and within a few days, I received an e-mail stating that my order was processed and on its way. It included a tracking number, however the link to the tracker did not work and I had to manually type in the tracking number. On top of this, the tracking website was Global. It was then I discovered that my order would be shipped from China. I knew that it would not arrive in a timely manner and waited, checking the tracker once or twice a week. However, the status never changed from my first time viewing it. On July 1, I decided to contact the company as it had been almost a month without an update. I entered an online chat with a representative which was lackluster at best. The responses were generic, slow, and did not give me much information. So I decided to read the FAQs. For the U.S., their delivery time can be from 35-70 days and even longer in other countries. Also the order cannot be changed in any way once it has been shipped. My only options now are to wait and see if the package ever arrives and then file for a refund or get a refund through my bank. I cannot find any sort of address or phone number so I cannot file a complaint. I feel absolutely cheated. Do not order from Pride Palace!
