I was contacted by a relative stating that I owed a debt and that I didn’t pay the company after my account was closed so that I would be facing legal charges and served from a lawyer. This is the 4th time Preventative Claim Services has contacted my family members explaining that I will be sue and served in Norfolk, VA. I have called them and asked them to stop calling family member. Preventative Claim Services Contacted another family member on the same day after speaking with them. When I called I asked for the reps name and id number. The rep stated Ryan Russel and extension 109. When I asked about sending information regarding proof of debt they stated that there was not a debt and they were calling because I committed a felony with the bank and that legal action is pending if I didn’t resolve the situation. I advised the rep that I was collecting information to file a dispute and she yelled "well you have fun in court" and hung up. The phone number is 855-420-4857 and the case # they provided was 3***3.

Phone messages left to myself and family members regarding a debt, threatening if I do not pay I will be served and arrested!
I asked for them to send proof of what is owed, etc. She refused and said papers were accepted at my address from 5 years ago last month.
I started to press on the issue of legal action and against me and the nature of the company, she started to panic and said I’m very busy, goodbye. Their location services, "Location Services unit" called shortly after I spoke with Katherine Walker at Prevention Claim services, the company harassing my family members! The guy from location services said did you speak with the legal dept and I said yes, he said well they have to contact me in 5 minutes or the police will be showing up! I started to yell and question him, he hung up on me!
The story changes and the people spoken to cannot provide me with proof of any money owed! I was able to find them under scammers lists and will never pay them a cent! by the way, no charges against me as was said and no police car showed up, lies! Please be careful of these people.
