Pretty Little Sofa Covers

Looks like this is a scam. My husband warned me not to order from this company as it was not well known but I ordered as I needed a cover for my couch without removing it from my B& B . The product looked good on the advert… I put my order in on The 3rd December and cannot track the number says still in China. It sounds like we are not getting refunds either. I think Facebook should refund everyone for allowing this advert to appear on it’s platform as this company appears to have taken a lot of money from a lot of people. This should not be allowed.

Bought my sofa covers back in October 16, 2020, I received my order confirmation on October 20th, 2020, after that every time I request an update all I get is an apology for the time my order is taking to arrived. According to a tracking number they provided me, the package is been in transit since November 2nd, 2020, and per the tracking app called Parcels, which is a legit AP, because I’ve used it to track other packages it has been 57 in transit. I am just so happy that I used a prepaid Visa card to pay this orders, otherwise I would have to make a lot of changes to my banking information. I can’t understand why Facebook would take advertising from companies that is clear they’re just ripping off customer. My total lost was for $ 121.93 US, the funny part is that every time I check the status, it shows increasing number of days in transit, if I ever get my covers (which I doubt) I’ll be happy, at the end it could only be a loss of $ 121.93, if I had used my bank card or credit card, it could had been worst. Lesson here, don’t buy from any seller advertised on Facebook.

Purchased online 21 July 2020. Now 16 December 2020. Every email comes back saying we are a little company please be patient. Etc etc blah blah blah. Have asked for money back just provide false information. USD 343.81. Really annoyed.

I’ve been waiting for my sofa cover for 5 months. Told me the first one they sent got lost so sent another one over 3 months ago. I’ve complained numerous times and asked for a refund. Just keep lying and saying I need to be patient or that it’s at the post office and I should receive it shortly. Don’t order anything through this company. Just a scam.

I ordered two sofa covers since July 2020 (4 months ago).
The product never arrived to Bogota Colombia.
I have asked them several times about my order, they answer by email with no concrete date about the product arrival, they dindt give my money back or delivered the product.

I had exactly the same experience as everyone above. As well as that, I’ve noticed that there’s heaps of similar products showing up all over the place, with very similar names. I reckon they’re just changing their name slightly and scamming as many people as possible. I’ve written again to Pretty Little Sofa Covers today but I don’t expect to ever see my $100 or the product I purchased. It will make me very reluctant to buy anything I see advertised (especially on Facebook) ever again.

They are a scam. They keep sending me fake tracking numbers and I have still not received my order. Its been 6 months. How can I warn others as well as report them?

Placed my order in January now it’s November. Not confident I am ever receiving my sofa covers.

I have been trying to get my order since February 2020! They sent me a fake tracking number have told me duplicate order sent and still waiting yet when I ask for a refund they say their records indicate package was sent. I filed a claim with BBB but since there is no phone number or address all they can do is Email. Very frustrating lost $60!

I have placed an order on June 2020, I will haven’t even received a tracking number They blame COVID-19 and influx of orders for the delay, but I am 99% convinced this is a scam since they have even stopped replying to my emails.

I ordered my covers on 6th April 2020 I am still waiting, they are blaming the covid 19 for the delay so I am sure now that I have been scaled they will not REFUND my money.
Today’s date is 26/08/2020. I would advise not to use. Cherie.

On May 11, 2020 I purchased sofa and pillow covers from “Pretty Little Sofa Covers“. I paid CAD235.12

A week after payment they wrote: " it will take around 1-2 weeks for your order to finish". I realized they play for time.

Their return policy reads "Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange." So, I had contacted them on June 2nd with a request to cancel my order and asked for a full refund, but they didn’t respond. Next day they provided me with tracking number ************** and if I follow it the information reads: ” This number can’t be found at this moment. It’s not available in the carrier’s system yet. Please check back later.” I made a research and according to these reviews ******************************************************************* this company deceives people, nobody received products. There is no address or phone number at their website.
