DO NOT ORDER anything from this company. They do not honour their product description on their website. You cannot return any products to them because they don’t accept returns. No phone number or email address to file a complaint. We returned items and have never heard from them again, nor did we get our refund. This company is A BIG SCAM. Save your money. Don’t order from them EVER!

I ordered a box of 100 gloves on April 18,2020, and 3 months later my package arrived with a single pair of gloves in it. The description said a box of 100. So glad I wasted my $22 on 1 pair of latex gloves. And of course emailing these people 7 times was a waste of time.

I ordered LED Balloons on September 23 2020. Email confirmation said that it would arrive by October 26-29th. Which was perfect as i was using them for Halloween. The tracking never worked until it was after my shipping date. I did finally get them on November 9th. As I was using them for Halloween I no longer need or want them. I have emailed them 3 times and 1 to the urgent email. Which by the way doesn’t work. I just want to return the item for a refund. I am contemplating just returning the the address on the package. Which is in Reno. Any help would be appreciated.

Ordered a small grinder 8/25/2020. All I have received is a form letter with excuses. 19.99 plus S&H. This was purchased from the Pinterest site. They are impossible to contact. At one point I had a tracking number so I tracked the package. It was never shipped. Now that tracking number is no longer valid. I don’t have picture just go to Pinterest the grinder has many different ads.

I placed an order with this company on July 15, 2020. I first emailed them to confirm that I was going to receive the special (BUY 5 FREE 2(7 PACK-EACH COLOR), which is why I made the purchase initially. I received no response. A month goes by, no response, no order received. I send multiple emails on where is my order, I continue to receive automated generated emails that have nothing to do with my order or emails I’ve sent. I’ve sent emails to just cancel my order and refund me my money, no response other than the same generated email that has nothing to do with the request I made. This company is scamming people out of their money.

They operate as Pretty Little Sale, Pretty Little Deal, Pretty Little Savings, Pretty Little Store, etc. They all have the same IP Address-Locator in Toronto through domains from tucows, Inc., one of the most disreputable in the business. Not only will they rip you off on your first “order”, in my case they tried to use my credit card account later to try and steal from me again. Do not deal with these thieves!

I am still waiting for a portable humidifier I ordered July 5th 2020 and its Aug 28th & I have still no item nor have I heard anything from the multiple emails I have sent them. WARNING ⚠️ Do NOT buy from this company. They will take your money & you will never get the product or ever hear from them again.

I ordered from PLS 6 bathroom vacuum shelves for $98.89 on May 13, 2020 but the items were not shipped till July 28. Since there is no customer service phone number to call, I communicated with PLS through the only means possible: [email protected] On all my multiple inquiries about the status of the purchase, and 2 requests to CANCEL the purchase I received only automatic messages as a response. My cancel requests were not acknowledged. A tracking number for a shipment was issued some time ion July 8, but the items were not shipped until July 28. The items finally arrived to us on August 13. What we received can be qualified as garbage. First, the received items were not new, with many scratches, damaged boxes and no instructions. Second, the items are not able to fulfill the purpose of shelves: they fall under their own weight (which explains the fact that they are not new: perhaps they were returned by other customers already). I will contact the BBB and US Consumer Protection are report the scam, but I want to warn the other customers to be aware of predatory sales practices

I ordered Multipurpose Electric Automatic Safe Handheld Fabric Sewing Scissors × 1.

I have looked back to the emails from your company. The first one on 20. 1. 2020 gave me an order number 22846.

The second email on 4. 3. 2020 gave me an order number 32408.

The email on 21. 3. 2020 said order 32408 is on the way.

Today is 3. 4. 2020 and I am trying to track my order and it says No record of shipping.

What is going on? Why has my scissors NOT arrived yet? This is the WORST, SLOWEST order I have ever seen!

It is 10 weeks since I ordered!

PLEASE find out why it has NOT arrived yet.
It is now 10th August and I have not had a reply from this last email! Pretty Little Deal is HOPELESS! I will NEVER use them again!

I ordered two touchless hand soap dispensers online from Pretty Little Sale for my business on May 18th, to make customers more comfortable once we were able to open from Coronavirus. It has been a month and I have contacted them and received no response. I looked up “Pretty Little Sale Scam” and this “business” is known for taking people’s money and never delivering their products. I wish I had researched before purchasing. I wish there was a way to close them down so they can’t continue to scam others.

I saw an ad on Instagram, Pretty Little Sale, of an item that I have been searching to buy for cheaper then on another site. So I bought it and obviously with COVID-19 happening I knew it was going to take a while. After two weeks of not even a shipping date I tried to email the company, [email protected], and didn’t receive anything back for two days. So a friend of mine told me to contact the Better Business Bureau. After live chatting with the Better Business Bureau I found out the site is a scam. I was hoping to get my money back.
