We represent Hilda and Agustin Gutierrez. They are an elderly couple scammed out of over $100,000 by two companies registered in Colorado: Prestige Title Services, LLC and Corporate Travel Consultants, Inc. Mr. and Mrs. Gutierrez were scammed out of all their savings and even took out loans to comply with the demands of the companies. They were threatened with criminal charges if they failed to send funds. Both companies referred the Gutierrezes to their websites and their ScamPulse.com reviews, and then scammed the Gutierrezes out of thousands of dollars. We attempted to send the registered agents of these companies spoliation letters in anticipation of litigation, but both letters were returned to us as "Attempted Not Known" by the U.S. Post Office.
