I purchased a CBD oil that was supposed to be a one time trial size for $4.95. One month later my credit card statement showed that $95.21 had been charged and so I called the phone number and was told that I was subscribed for a membership with them. I said I never agreed or signed up for anything other then the one time sample for $4.95.
No where does it say that it enters you into a monthly fee for more products. I spoke with three men that sounded exactly the same and was told I could not speak with a supervisor. After four phone calls I received a confirmation number that this scam of a membership was canceled. However they had already charged my credit card $70 more dollars. I am going to try to fight to get my money back as soon as possible.

I order the free trial kit to stop smoking. I never said they could take anything else out of my card except the 4.95 shipping charge. Now every month they take out anywhere from 39.95 to 73.95 I live on a fived income. My card company said I had to contact the person saying it. Please help me with this. I dont even use it. I tried it and doesn’t work. Please help. Judy Holland in lamarque texas.

The exact same thing has happened to my husband. We have been fighting with these people since October 1, 2020 when he placed the original trial order for $4.95. I am now turning this case over to our local District Attorney (spoke with him yesterday). I’d like to get response from anyone that this has happened to, so that we can go after them. The web site listed in the above complaint has been cancelled… My email is: [email protected] I am located in Northern California

Hello my name is judy holland I live in Texas. I ordered the trial size from these people. And now they take more money off my card. Every month. They have taken 39.95. × 4 times and this month was 71 95. I have told them to stop that I had not gave them permission to recharge my card except for the original 4.95 shipping for the trial size. You can contact me anytime. My e mail is [email protected]

I ordered the first month for $4.95. It caused an allergic reaction and I canceled. The following month they charged my credit card $95.31. There was no shipping notice by email but when I called to cancel they refused. 45 minutes later I was still arguing and being told that it is not possible to cancel the account once you place the first order. I have absolutely never heard of such a thing.

I seen on the internet the cbd oil making claims that it would help you quit smoking, the add said to order this trial ,I was up for something natural. It said nothing about future shipments.which i received a charge for 95.21 on my statment I called to cancel and found out about a second shipment that I didnt get thats what the charge was for .He did cancel my subscription.he even gave me a tracking number even.He charged me 9.95 to cancel.

My questions is, does it work or is it snake oil?

Canceled still getting bidders in mail having to change credit card

Cameron – Aug 21, 2020

I received the trial samples because of an ad saying Dr Oz was part of the product. (Scam alert right there) but I was curious. I found this number as reference to the charge on my cc statement : 855-423-1615 and spoke to a lady who was very polite and cancelled the trial period which I was unaware of. Thankfully my bank statement said subscription which is why I called the number listed. She did cancel after some insistence on my part. If there are any charges I have the cancel email to dispute the charges with. Good luck –

I received a bottle of CBD oil that I never ordered and my credit card was charged 4.96. I never ordered this!

Tasha – Aug 22, 2020

You better call them right away and do a cancel. I just got off the phone with someone and after about 10 minutes he said they would charge me $9.95 for the cancellation to save me the money of me shipping it back. After some back & forth I told him I wouldn’t pay any more money and that if they tried to charge my account I would advise my credit card company to get rid of the charge and report their scam. I finally got a confirmation # – I wonder if that means anything.

I saw an ad on Facebook for a Free Sample of CBD oil if I just paid the shipping and handling. The check out page for the item had a web address of premioumisolate.com which has since disappeared and can’t be accessed now. I received the product which is nasty, very oily and a strong mint flavor.

They charged my debit card for the shipping cost and it arrived in a small box with nothing else in the box, no paperwork, nothing showing a receipt for the charge to my card, no order forms for further product if I wanted more (I don’t!). That should have been my first red flag. Also, the email I got confirming my payment for shipping and handling didn’t say anything about a trial or cancelling before 14 days were up.

Today I got a charge on my debit card for $95.21. I called my bank and then immediately called the number listed on my checking account beside the description of the charge, 1-888-340-2258. This is not the phone number listed on their website, they have two other numbers listed on that site. Those numbers are 301-526-9999 and 301-742-9000 and the phone number on the confirmation email when I paid for shipping is 855-439-7546 and emails are coming from a myhealthycbdproducts.com that web address doesn’t take you to a company website.

The woman on the other end tried to say that the bottle I got in the mail was a "trial" and that it stated that there would be further charges on my card if I kept the "trial" beyond 14 days. I read over that web page fully and completely, there was never a mention of a trial or any further charges to my account anywhere on that web page or on any of the pages when I check out to pay for the shipping for this sample.

I asked what the name of the company was since premiumisolate.com didn’t take me to a website just back to the checkout page for the product. She told me the name of the company was Premium Total Health. A search for Premium Total Health leads to the page CBD for Total Health https://www.cbdfortotalhealth.com

Also I asked her for the physical location of the company and it’s address but she said she could not provide me with that. What kind of legitimate company can not provide you with their physical location and address?

The woman on the other end of the conversation cancelled my account but only offered 33% of my money back. I let them know (in somewhat colorful language by this time because I was angry) that this was not acceptable. After a lot of arguing back and forth I asked for a supervisor, I was informed that a manager was not available but she could give me 66% of my money back. I kept her on the phone and let her know I wanted a 100% back. Eventually after I kept insisting on her finding a supervisor (who she kept insisting wasn’t available) she agreed to send me 100% of my $95.21 back and I got a confirmation email saying as much.

The email stated I would have my money credited back in 3 to 5 days. We shall see. I can’t afford to lose that much money and I am prepared to keep fighting with them if need be until I get a full refund.
