I paid for a teacup poodle "Toby" they said free delivery and 100%customer satisfaction. Then I got email saying I needed to pay a refundable fee for a crate even though he comes with a crate. When I contacted the site I was told it would be looked into. When I say I’m not satisfied I want a refund they stopped responding to me. They have my money and I don’t have my pup.
