My husband and I had parked at (Premier Parking in Nashville Tennessee )and was standing at the pay station trying to figure out how to pay when a young guy pulled up next to us and rolled down his window and asked if we wanted his parking spot because he had just gotten there and had to leave. We innocently said sure and parked our truck in his spot. At no time were we aware that we were not allowed to do this until we received a letter in the mail stating they were charging us $40.00. We feel this was a scam so we did not pay and have now received another threatening notice saying we now owe $85.00 and will be turned over to a collection agency if we do not pay. This was a true set up and we feel that the young guy was a plant after receiving the notice.

We got a bill today for $20.00 for a parking fine. The thing about it, we have a Ford but we never drive it, much less out of town. We only carry liability insurance on it. So, it says we were parked somewhere we had never heard of. This is a scam and it we get another statement with an increased price our lawyer will contact Premier. I wrote them back and said, This is a SCAM. Get a job and make an honest living.
So many scuzzy creeps out there!
Thinking we paid the machine to park only to find a ticket
When we return. The lady said ur parked I. White strips and paid for yellow striped parking (right next to each other). Like I could tell, I am colored blind. I feel like it’s a scam, the ticket is NOT written by the city. It say if you don’t pay the 50 find in 30 days ur nxt bill will be 8 and it f not paid they will send you to collects and you will have to pay their fees. I paid 36 for 3 hours. This is crazy.
