Type of a scam Utility
Received numerous calls claiming to lower the utility bill by 30%. I hit "1" today just to see what they would say. They spoofed the number of the local Jackson Hewitt Office in Allentown, 610-437-4294 so that’s what came up on caller ID. Any question I asked regarding the validity of the call they just answered "we are a state licensed supplier". Call had very broken English and I could hear MANY voices in the background, like a shabby call center.
So tired of these calls. At least one third of my calls each day are spam callers, robo calls, or hang-ups, wasting my time.
