Type of a scam Online Purchase
Had ordered a custom Detroit Lions Jersey for my husband for Christmas. Website looked completely legit, and even included NFL logos and copyright info. Not too long after I made the purchase for 73.99, I see a charge for 79.00 from a company called PES Groceries. That immediately set up red flags. The email address they sent as their contact info is nothing but numbers. Another red flag. I called NFL, and they confirmed my suspicions when they told me that they were in no way affiliated with this site. I called my card to file a fraud dispute, and they told me I had to wait 8 days to see if the merchandise arrives. Im 100% sure it won’t. They have ignored all of my emails. Smh Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. 🙁
