Type of a scam Online Purchase
There seems to be many fraudulent sites selling Chinese imported power sports inventory. Many of these sites are linked, the only difference is the name of the website. So far I have encountered two sites that have not abided by their promise. My goal is to put a stop to this fraudulent behavior and remove these companies from their online business because they have failed the good faith rule. I made an online purchase February 13th for two XR125cc Coolster pit bikes. When I had a question about the purchase the seller would respond within 24 hours.
The only response I received from the seller was before the transaction was complete. Once the funds were posted to Powersports Distro, communication between the third party seller came to a halt. I received no confirmation of order, tracking or any communication what so ever. After numerous attempts to contact the business with no response in return, I have been left with the responsibility of protecting myself by filing a claim against them.
I see the ScamPulse.com has given Powersports Distro an F and there are numerous customer complaints, many the same as mine. There is even a negative YouTube review. Also, when googling the business location in Michigan, it takes you to the owners home in which he couldn’t possibly run a business from without a warehouse or shop.
