I order back in May Via Instagram. E-mailed the customer service a month later to get some answers about my order said that “it hasn’t shipped still being processed will send a confirmation e-mail when package is shipped.” Waited and tried e-mailing again but said recipient e-mail address didn’t exist. Went to website and said it was down and to this day remains down out of $25+ money for a piece of [censored] who took advantage of a cat lover who thought it would help my sick cat to eat properly.

Type of a scam Online Purchase
Ordered an item back on May 28 – they charged me immediately. I followed up with my order the middle of June and all they told me was to "be patient". Their website "went down" the end of June and has not come up since. When emailing them, they told me to "just be patient". This is a scam. They have since changed their name to Bailey’s Smiles.
