I was contacted back in November 2018 to extend my warranty. I replaced my credit card last month. I was concerned they would cancel the warranty. Called my dealership to see if they could give me the number for ford protect. My info wasn’t found. I checked my records on my phone carrier to find their number. The legit ford company told me they are a fly away company. They’re unable to give me info unless I give them my vin number
