Polo Funding offers a debt consolidation loan of up to $45,500 with 3.11% APR. I have never heard of this company before. The interest rate offered seems too good to be true which piqued my curiosity, but made me highly skeptical. So, I checked the website using a browser on stealth mode. Firstly, I looked for the "About Us" and found nothing but a page prompting a person to apply for a loan. There is no e-mail address to reach; they only have this postal mailing address and telephone: PO Box 5416
