Type of a scam Tax Collection

Received a phone call from male identifying himself as a Harris County Texas police officer who was warning me of a imminent address due to an amount owed by my to the IRS. He kept repeating my name over and over while warning me that I was about to be arrested! I was told to call the second number that I have listed on this form in order to speak with IRS Officer Sean. Because I do not owe any money to the IRS I called that number in order to find out to what this person was referring. When I called the 516-214-2213 another male answered "IRS" and immediately the first male to whom I spoke got on the phone. He asked me for my social security # and when I refused to give it to him he said very aggressively that in that case the police would be at my door in 30" to arrest me. He then asked for my SS# again as well as my bank balance so he could see how much money I have for the IRS. I am 77 years old and was disturbed by the fact that he had my name and phone number. My daughter was with me and talked to the man and told him she was a lawyer and would be contacting the authorities. He told her that now she would be arrested also with me.
