I purchased Toto model WASHLET C200 because it stated it was in stock. After placing the order, the seller tells me it is out of stock. I told them to cancel my order and refund me. Instead, they have ignored my refund requests and have not shipped the item either. I am not sure if they are even a real company that sells plumbing wear.
