I never received the product after 45 days. I attempted to contact company to resolve issue, with no luck, and no personal contact. When I tried to track the package, it stated I could track it WHEN I received the tracking number in a future email. That never came. When I called the number it left me on hold for about 1/2 hour and then disconnected. this happened 3 times.

I am currently out about $100 and very disappointed.

On 5/2/20, I ordered (2) pairs of Earbuds, 1pr for $49.99 with additional pair for $19.99 amount was deducted from my bank debit account on the same date , also was charged surcharge of $1.50 and $.60 International trans fee, also taken from debit account. Recieved a text @ 8:01 am stating that my product order was being prepared. No product recieved as of this date 5/21/20 and can,t get a response from phone calls, will ring once and then a busy signal. Total order was $72.08. Either want refud or product.
