Type of a scam Credit Cards
I would like to file a complaint against a company that uses the following name and contact information:

My computer suddenly put up an alert that said the computer was corrupted. At the same time, the speakers screamed "malware in your computer, immediately call this toll free number" and would not stop. The Indian gentleman who answered the phone told me that he was a US/Canadian Apple technical support provider and that I should to go to the website above, from which he was able to take control of my computer and proceed to compile a list of things wrong with it, then asking for my credit card information to apply a charge of $199, which I did not do.
This is obviously a scam. I called Apple and they are aware of it but say they cannot do anything to prevent it. I hope you can.
