I ordered clothes (max mara, diane von furstenberg and miu miu) through plasterdoctor.co.uk for $198. However, my bank was charged $239! When order was paid, I received email from [email protected] confirming the order and invoice for $198. The bank statement showed that payment was send to MOVINGFAX JILINSHENG CN. I realized that this is scam when I saw the chinese name. Internet is full of complaints to ezvmall.com that created different clothing online outlets. They send the goods not like advertised in the site or do not send them at all and disappear, and always charge your card more that invoiced! I did not realize it is even possible that amount invoiced does not match with the amount withdrawn from the bank. When the charged amount was still pending in the bank, the bank responded to me they cannot stop the payment though it was already obvious I am going to loose my money.
I emailed to all the contacts, [email protected] and plasterdoctoer customer service thru [email protected], to cancel my order and not ship to me. However I received email that the order was shipped even after my communication with [email protected]
