I ordered a free tshirt from Pitbull Lovers Hub for the cost of shipping. After over a month I had never received the shirt so I contacted them and inquired about it. They Sent me the tracking information at that time (didn’t send it when they shipped my order) and stated that it had been returned as undeliverable due to an insufficient address… they hadn’t included my apartment number. I emailed them back with the correct address and asked them to resend. Since that time (initial order was in January) I have attempted to email them 5 times asking when I can expect my shirt, and they continually ignore my requests. And of course, they didn’t bother to refund my money either.
