Phone call from Pinnacle E Serve claiming to be working for Microsoft to help with computer malware breach. Will clean computer, and get rid of all viscous software that is on your computer for a fee or your computer will be rendered useless. This was a scam from a company that was using the name of another company to pass off as a legit business to scare you out of your hard earned money.
