They emailed me back on February for an opportunity to work from home with a base pay of $1,500 and $50 bonus pay of each package I ship out. Once it got close to pay day I had 2 packages left and they said once I ship those out they will deposit my pay. I still never been paid and they stopped calling me but I still have access to the dashboard for now until they block me out of it! I’ve been scammed to do someone’s dirty work and now I’m scared that I’m gonna get in trouble with law for fraud that I didn’t know! I’m 13 weeks pregnant with a 2 year old and now I have no way to pay rent and Bill’s! I just want these people caught and used for what they’ve done to alot of people.

Suzanne – Apr 20, 2020

I was scammed into believing I was working at home based position being you received packages then inspect to ensure all items are correct and not damaged. Expected pay was $1500 base salary $50 extra per package up to $3000 monthly. I was scammed into thinking I would be able to provide for my family and spend more time with them as well. I sent a total of eleven packages with my personal address the website used to view dashboard was taken down by scammer. I was able to correspond with scammer up until it was time for expected pay. Please be aware of this scam it really looks legit. My personal information is at risk and I never wanted to be apart of any scam or fraud. I tried to file a police report but , was unable to get any assistance. I don’t know what to do at this point I still have all emails and any receipts of packages I hope I can help anyone from getting scammed like I did. I am willing to assist with any information I can.

Lawrence – Apr 18, 2020

I was told I would be paid 1500.00 a month then started getting packages just to waste my gas to deliver the packages for shipping and then doing this for a month just to get a letter in the mail from somebody saying it was fraud and never got paid and I was wasting my time.

Latoya – Apr 17, 2020

What i need to do to do a report on them,

Martha – May 27, 2020

You can file a complaint to in the sites on the bottom where it says pulse and FBI reported and stop doing anything for them go to the local police station and talk to someone there keep in writing your testimony so it has the date of your documentation and report ones your reported to FBI you will be printed to print your report unfortunately we are all victims from this fraudulent characters taking advantage of the needs of other and specially during this pandemic they are so at it that and the way they do things are so orchestrated to the perfection that it makes you fall for it stop receiving any packages when you see the delivery person come to your place return the packages and let them that know that one under any other names Other your family lives there and don’t accept packages if they dropped packages left at your from door return it or take it back to the carrier that dropped off if you can! Don’t keep it! I how ghat this can help you and others not to fall under the scam believe is sound so good to be true unfortunately I felt for it but when my family received a phone call to my house reporting that someone use their to buy products and was supposedly directed to my address it called my attention and started to look at every detail that I should of have done before but because they are so good at it and I went through 3 phone interviews with different personal supposedly from their legit company I was fooled thank G-d that my family received that phone called and made me investigate they will insist and even threaten you and provide you with document that it looks legit but when I contacted and look for the persons numbers that so called license and permit and business registration Is under with they don’t know anyone with their character name and they told me that they already reported them and their fraud and that many people that performed worked with them were calling them to ask for their payments for their service and also directed me to file a complaint with FBI cyber crimes! This is very serious so protect yourself it is sad have humans take advantaged of others needs please past the word to other their is no money on this planet that can pay for a peace of mind the unfortunately they have all my info and ID and I always thought that I was dealing with a great corporation again they are so good in their scam that they provide you with portal information websites and documents I went to every local deliver services like FedEx, UPS and told them not to drop or deliver any packages other than our family name but they said that they can do nothing so the only thing that can do is return it to whoever is the carrier doing the delivery such as UPS, USMAIL OR FEDEX. I hope that this help you and others and report them! The name of the company That fooled me is called Combo Shippers and this is nothing to do with race or origins I speak Italian and this so characters names and last names are Italian but their accents are from Indian or pakistaní or Asians and non of them speak a word of Italian!
This people doing these are a shame To the human race!

I received a letter from the US Postal Inspector over the weekend. The letter stated that I am either involved with this scam or have been scammed. Needless to say, I have sent him copies of my shipping labels and a copy of the contract I signed. Hopefully, this is a good start to ending this scam.

Molly – Apr 11, 2020

To all listening, I just got off the phone with Kimberly J Johnson’s husband Bradley and he said in no way shape or form are they involved with Pilot Shippers so anyone else who want to call here is that number plus I never let him know that they’re using her EIN number simply because some things you must keep to self just in case they’re lying. Paula – Apr 03, 2020

They hire people, provide email contract and lucrative bonus, but just when the 30 day time period is up, you are removed from their online platform. Technically you are dealing in stolen property by receiving, and shipping it back out again. I have filed a complaint with the FBI also.

Kristy – Apr 06, 2020

How do you file a complaint I also have been done the same way my email is [email protected] gmail.com i would love your feed back. I’m totally broken over this I am a single mom

Gloria – Apr 02, 2020

I’ve looked up the backgrounds on everyone and they are all clean no criminal background only minor traffic violations and also the business owner. Is clean now there is a company which I think some of you are getting confused with but if any of you have seen those informercials where they say you can earn money in your sleep and it’s selling things out of a warehouse for Amazon and eBay and other places well they hold these items in a warehouse which by the way the person that said that it’s an empty warehouse well if u know they are all working from there homes not the warehouse due to the covid19 virus so that is why u would not see anyone in the warehouse so back to the informercial well u know the middle man that has to ship those items is the quality control inspector for those people rolling in the Dow in there sleep and the reason those of you are getting blocked is because u didn’t do anything but take there packages and not give them a chance to pay you and if u read your dashboard it’s states he first paycheck will take 24 to 48 hrs for the first time do to your bank and also that u would not be paid until your packages were shipped so I’d say do your homework and for the person that worked for them for 2 months that’s 60 days not 30 days why u would even work a minute longer than 30 days and not stop if u weren’t getting paid is questionable now I’ve done my homework and I think u need to do yours and stop listening to each other getting yourselves all worked up and one last thing those of u that were coming at pilot shippers with a chip with accusations u were fired and that’s why u were locked out not that they had anything to hide in my opinion as an outsider looking in reading all your comments. This is worse than the covid19 outbreak how crazy u all get hope for the best for everyone but u can’t employ crazy and some of u are just that straight crazy in my opinion but that’s my opinion.

Laura – Apr 10, 2020

Hey di** I just got off the phone having a 2 hour conversation with the FBI about these people. There is nothing clean about these people and the names are names of other people and some are dead. I provided them with all the information I have from them including phone conversations that I had with these people. Because if you’re going to record me, I will definitely record you also. So what’s your BS for those cookies man. My dad is a FBI retiree so I’m gonna get my gratification here trust me.

Raul – Apr 10, 2020

No you’re the that’s crazy. If these people who put work in and lost money on gas and wear and tear and almost getting arrested for picking a package up and not getting paid for it is crazy then so [censored]ing be it. You work for these fraudulent people and your day is coming.

Vincent – Apr 06, 2020

I am another victim to these people everything you said was right on and step by step honest how do I go about helping shut these people down and do you have any advise on contacting the FBI

Amy – Apr 06, 2020

You are lying through your teeth so shut the f*k up

Lydia – Apr 04, 2020

This made my day 😂 thank you!

Christie – Apr 04, 2020

You sound very stupid, not to mentioned all the incorrect knowledge you’re giving out. One could only think that you are behind their scheme. And you haven’t looked up anybody on this squad because if you had, then you would’ve found the same thing I did, which is illegal for me to disclose so I won’t. And the building that you are referring to has been empty for almost 1.5 years. No one works out of that building and it was an empty FOR SALE commercial; property before this virus went into effect. My family lives in Florida and I had them drive by to check to property when this company first tried to hire me back in January.

Please get your sandbagging [censored] off this site and scam somewhere else.

Signed,

Concerned citizen.
(These people have already been scammed and you are trying to convince them that this scam is legitimate. Ignorant as they get IF you don’t work for the scam company)

Cole – Apr 02, 2020

Same here. Was desperate for a job. This looked legit with the whole agreement and videos explaining why they do this. So angry at myself. I hope this will end good for everyone like my stupid s. Dont know what to do with the packages yet. They threaten me with the police force. I m in touch with Investigation already.

Alicia –

I am also a victim of this scam. I have signed up for Identity Guard to protect myself. I have 35 items on the dashboard. I’ve noticed in the last few days I am not hearing from them or getting shipping labels. I’m nearing my payday so I guess they are slowing down the packages at this point since they have no intention of paying me and moving on to the next victim. I have over $500.00 in goods still sitting in my garage and a parcel due here today. After reading the reviews, I took the opportunity to get screenshots of the dashboard so that I have something to present to law enforcement when they show up to arrest me for theft. Got this opportunity through Indeed. UGH!

Blake –

They are all scammers at this company! I started working for them in February I was kind of suspicious about working for them but after again access to my dashboard and watching the training video I was put a bit at ease. After receiving packages and updating my dashboard I was convinced I found an a home job I could depend on. It wasn’t until last week when they offered me a refund specislist position and asked for bank information I started to completely question the legitimacy of the company. So I did another search and found all of these reviews. I then asked Ora Mullins and John Tucker (so called managers and supervisors) about the review they were getting and was told that it’s just their competitors trying to ruin their name. They also said it was was past employees that didn’t do the job correctly. I then google the wear house address in the email and found the realtor and warehouse manager who handles spaces for lease at the address listed. They told me the company was fraud and to report the company to my local police. After telling Ora Mullins this she told me she would send me confirmation that the company was legit. I then looked up the name and address on the confirmation email and got in touch with the real (Previous company owner of the name Pilot Group of The Coast) owner and was told that she had to completely shut down the company because of the bad name put out there due to her identity being stole by these people. I then called them back to inform them of all my findings and told them I filed a police report but they continued to insist that it was their competitors and that they were a legitimate company.

Ashley –

Yes. First they contacted me pretending to be “Pilot Shippers” with some Tampa, Fl address. I responded asking them to priovide a link to their company website, etc. No responce. Yesterday I received their letter again, they are “SGS Post” now with another Florida address. I didn’t buy their offer from the beginning cause a long time ago I’ve learned of a similar scam – some foreigners would buy or steal merchandise and use you to send it to someone, and later police or FBI would come to you because you were the one who did send that package. My advice- do not take any similar job offer from any company unless you know it as Amazon, etc.

Meagan –

https://www.ic3.gov/complaint/splash.aspx?

Please file reports with the government for the internet scam. I’m still on their ‘dashboard’ and have 6 packages and they are now threatening me to call the police. I just filed a federal report about this. If more people file also who have been scammed maybe they can be shut down.

Cody –

They also try to get you to use your bank account to do fake money transfers to transfer money back to themselves from someone else’s credit accounts. True scam artists! Will be caught! Feds already on it! There days are numbered at this point! Damn shame this has happened to us all.

Robert –

Im a little confused, after seeing all the complaints, was anybody hired by Sgs post? Did anybody talked to Gaston Monette?

Oscar –

I was hired but my supervisor is lucien and stephanie now that I’m reading I think this is a bad idea

Tristan –

I was interviewed by Gaston Monette and got the job. Today I received a voicemail from Pierre McConnel , the Manager of SGS POST so we can discuss the particulars of my endorsement to training as he worded it. I also received a text from him. I have an email as well from Gaston Monette. I was so hopeful of this job at a time of completely losing my income only to learn this is a scam. I have not been setup on the dashboard yet, but am not sure how to proceed knowing all I have read here. They have my address already and I have signed my 12 page customer agreement. I did obscure the last 4 digits of my Driver’s License per their own recommendation but have not signed any W-4 documentation. I was given these 4 options of payment. Western Union, MoneyGram, Bank Deposit, Check. I was told it was 1200 a month with the first month payment at the end of the month and then bi-weekly and also a $40 per package that I send out correctly. I was told that sometimes I will have to send a package out via FedEx, UPS and USPS and sometimes each package will have a different requirement. I will also have to be home for some packages to sign for them. I’m just laying out ALL the details so you can let me know if you have the same story. I have no idea who this Pilot Shippers is as I have only dealt with SGS Post – https://sgspost.com They more than likely found my resume on Career Builder, FYI. I know people have different stories but this mine and these are the only two people I have dealt with so far. I did receive a welcome letter from Human Resources that was literally signed Human Resources. I wrote back to it several days ago with questions and have never heard a word until Pierre’s call today, though I was told it would be between Tuesday the 7th of April and Thursday the 9th of April that I would receive my shipping materials. I already have a printer which they desire you to have. I hope this story can help others. I’m not sure how far down to go down this rabbit hole. I’m trying to survive. Not spend tons of energy on bringing these scammers down. I need to be out there making money, but if this helps anyone or aligns with their story let me know.

Derrick –

Omg I cant believe they got me too! I been desperate looking for a job, applying on many websites, and nothing yet, Out of know where I go an email like 3 weeks ago, i told them that i was interested and immediately they contacted me, I missed they call them back to hr by they did not answer, I guess that was my red flag,I called Hr the next day like 3 times and no one answered, the next day the called me and i was able to pick up right away, they did a “interview” and gave me the job right away, which seem off but I was happy and I went to their website provided but one of their emails, and everything seem ok, one thing that threw me off if that they did not have any reviews, another reg flag :(. My dumb self sent them the W-4 document and of course I signed up for direct deposit and gave them my bank account 🙁 . I have received a couple of packages and did what I was supposed to, today I had a weird feeling and started researching for the company and of course I did not find anything, I found this website and I first I was calm because the complaints are for the company named pilot shippers, it them I started looking at the pictures that some people have uploaded, wow and now I feel like an [censored], I have been scammed, The company that “Hired” me says that its name is sgs post, just like the pictures uploaded, I feel so sad,

Jimmy –

I joined them in 2nd week of march, phone interview seemed off, but i continued any way because i wanted to work form home, i found this job on indeed, same names Ernest Elliot, Jean Barnes, Ora Mullins. florida address, i’ve few packages at my place, when my husband found this site and he showed me this reports, I’ve asked them to not send me any packages as i dont want to continue they asked the reason I said I dont want to do anything until i get my first paycheck, they sent me an email which says I will be held responsible for what packages I have, what should I do? since I diddnt trust this i never gave any bank info but I did fill up W-4 which has SSN, well after I found these reports, I deleted my info from W-4 and saved it again, do you think I’m safe, please advice.

Gloria –

me too..OmG

Nicolas –

I started working for this company March 12th..To take packages with someone’s name..erase their name and put a new label is theivery. they lie and scam. please do not work for this company..it is not real.we are just the middle man doing the labor…while they get the profits…

Kurt –

I have been delivering packages for Pilot Shippers since 03/16. My computer decided to reboot yesterday and when I had to reload my dashboard, this site popped up. Thank God. I have read every single report. I am being screwed by the same A holes. Ernest Elliot, Jean Barnes, Ora Mullins, Marylin whatevers. They have all my information, including my SSN and Driver’s License. Not my bank info though. I did PayPal. They don’t know I know yet. I can’t call the FTC until Monday.

Lauren –

Do any of you know these names:

Catherine Bryant
Donald Clark
ChesterJacobs
MARIE IRIZARRY
Cathy Dykes
Virginia Davis
Candace S. Batchelor
Looks like they use all our names to send each other packages and our identity. These are some of the names that I have that packages came for to my address from some of these addresses as well.

Dane –

A couple of the forwarding labels I have on my dashboard are to Amazon shipping-fulfillment centers all across USA. I contact one company that sent the box and they are forwarding me a label to ship the products back to them so they can refund whoever paid for the things. The names on my boxes are –
Tilly Money
Mary L. McQuagge
Abbey Warzynski
I’m still getting access to the dashboard because they think I’m sending out packages today.

Audrey –

I have been contacted by them and scheduled an interview this afternoon between 1pm and 2pm. Had a feeling they were a scam from the beginning but they kept contacting me. Would like to see if there is some way I can help the people in this forum by setting them up and getting them exposed.

Ana –

Here is a suggestion:
don’t wait 30 days, demand an overnight check as a condition of forwarding their package. If they refuse, you have all your answers. If they agree, keep the cash and return the package to the sender. The latter is still the right thing to do regardless.

Nikki –

I got my ‘job’ with them through the FaceBook jobs link when I was searching for a part-time, at home job. Unless some government agency gets involved in tracking them, etc., they will continue = they just shut down one company name and start another.

Trisha –

Just got on there today to try screenshotting the packages that were sent and I guess I’ve been locked out my account now?

Antonio –

I’m going thru the same thing…I thought this job was real..found it on indeed.com. Ora Mullins..Jean Barnes..they never return ur text or calls when u need it ..I knew this was fake

Kelsey –

I have been contacted by them and scheduled an interview this afternoon between 1pm and 2pm. I had a feeling they were a scam from the beginning but the kept contacting me. Would to see if there is some way I can help the people in this forum by setting them up.

I was contacted by this scammer by phone and email with a work at home offer as a quality control package inspector with a shipping company. I was given a phone interview did a supposedly legit interview and background check.
Then a few days later was emailed a job offer and employment agreement.with a base pay rate and bonuses. Went through a hr department for w4 tax forms and direct deposit set up…got set. Up online in their system ..got a manager and supervisor all seemed legit. Then i received packages and did all the inspection procedures daily got labels and shipped packages .did this for a month talked to my managers almost daily by phone text and emails ..my pay date came up on 3/21 ..no deposit.
Tried contacting them for 2 days ..finally got my so called manager on the phone .told him i was not payed got a excuse of it being over the weekend…then told he wpuld fix it..nothing was fixed then my so called supervisor called said i had pending packages .i said i needed the labels she said she would get them sent yo me by 5 p.m. yesterday..nothing came..i called the main website contact number and spoke to a lady who claimed to be vice president of shipping she said she wpuld fix it… Nothing happened by 10 p.m. i emailed every department i had contacts for with no answer. Then today i was locked out of my online dash board and cant get anyone to answer my calls or emails.. I suspected a fraud so i called the mail fraud hot line they told me to report it yo my local police department.i did and turned over everything i had including packages and shipping receipts and contact information emails and texts… They are a scam.
I had to freeze my credit. My bank account and report my identity stolen..i have read all these complaints..i pray they are caught soon

On March 3/2020 I was offered a position of Shipping Inspector. I was receiving packages on my address and had to forward them to different addresses provided by pre-paid shipping labels. After 2 weeks I’ve got suspicious – it didn’t make sense from remuneration offered: $1500/mo + $50 per each package sent. Some packages arrived without tracking information. When called "supervisors", the answers were inconsistent.

Today I found out on the web that it’s a trendy scam being run for some time. I going to report it to police. I am still in possession of 2 packages that haven’t been sent away.

So i needed to send them to finalise my pay roll releese.i said i was waiting on labels.she said she would get them to me before 5 p.m. still nothing .i went to the main website and contacted them.the lady who said she was the vice president over shipping said she would fix it .still mothing.at 10 p.m. i emailed accounting and hr.no answer…this morning i was locked out of everything…said my logins were invalid…i called and text my managers.no response…so i got curious and did a search .found other scam sites…i called the mail fraud hotline in washington d.c. they told me to call the police…i did and handed everything i had including packages emails texts and shipping receipts and screen shots of .all my log inns including my payroll on my dash board from yesterday before i was locked out..anyway. I made. A report to crime lab and sheriffs dept in my county…locked my credit for identity theft and froze my account and reported my card stolen so they can’t use me..i will be testifying when they are caught. Please if you worked for these scammers turn them in .and freeze credit and if they have your bank info report it stolen…
Luckily i lost nothing but time and my dignity others have lost millions in credit. And money and stolen property… This is a scam…

John –

My name is Ashley and I’ve been scammed by Pilot Shippers! I’ve had to go pick up orders use my gas, they lied to me! I can’t believe tho! Today was my payday! I looked on the dashboard and noticed my login had been changed! I can’t believe this Omg!

Michele –

what kind of things were you getting in the mail?

Kristen –

Anthony…file report to local authorities and hold and return packages back to senders. They are trying to scare you but by filing the report first to show you will return to sender..you should be fine. Be sure to show the authorities this site of complaints. They keep deleting dashboards after they get all their packages shipped and you won’t be paid.

Latoya –

yes, I guess I’m their latest victim… I can’t stop crying… I’ve put alot, all my mine into this job! Today was my payday! I have to move in 2 weeks! They’ve messed my whole world up!

Cristina –

Why are these people still operating..FBI complaints have been filled. They have to be stopped because they have a lot of people information…I have been victimized as well. These people are cruel and an absolute disgrace to society.

Douglas –

Ummm I have like 6-7 packages here with me right now. They’re threating legal action but I want to know what I should do. I’ve already contacted the police.

Trevor –

I should have been looked at this site! I thought they were legit bc of all the packages I was receiving… I had no idea! Omg

Joshua –

No i intended to return them to sender if there wasn’t a way to give to give them to the authorities. I’ve just been stuck here because of the corona outbreak in my area. That’s why i asked what I should do, I’ve already told them that I plan on sending these to the authorities but I keep getting packages from them anyways.

Clinton –

Okay so, you accepted “stolen merchandise” which you’ve decided to keep? I mean why not send back to sender and get tell them to stop sending you packages? Instead you’re keeping things like that’s not against the law?

Andre –

Here’s what they just sent. Also notice the misspelling and bold font? It’s definitely looking pretty scammy, but I’m kinda scared because they have my information.

Billy –

All the packages came on the same day and are on that dashboard, they’ve been calling everyday. Always that person Ora Mullins or Ernest Ellie.

Carlos –

I’m one of their victims as well. I’ve sent the report to the FBI. Now I’m getting ready to go to the local police. This is too much they have my SSN and bank information.

Hector –

Omg I’ve been scammed too! I gave this place everything! I can’t believe tho! Today was suppose to be my payday! Then I seen where my dashboard password had been changed!

Shaun –

They are using another name as well: SGS Post. I accidentally left my phone number on the bottom of an email and she decided to call me (Phone #: (813) 822-3927) saying she was from HR and wanted to do an “interview” after she verified some personal information. I promptly hung up and then received the following email:

today is march 18 any updates? i returned all packages to the sender. I’m not forwarding.

Kristi –

Experiencing the same wish I was in Florida to take care of this personally

Alyssa –

I’m one the people they used stolen card info to buy expensive products from. Saw this same thing last year and lost thousands after all the chargebacks. Just got hit again this past week. Make reports with FBI at ic3.gov, with your local police and Pensacola sheriff 850-436-9620, and FTC 877-438-4338, report the website as fraud as well through any website host company like godaddy.com. We had 10 orders to different mail forwarder “hires” which I’ve been told can average 10 packages a day for the last 2 weeks. Our order average was around $500 per. That’s $700,000 in fraud in 2 weeks, and that’s only the surface of what we can see. Shut these people down!

Carla –

i also supposely got employed them i ordered all the shipping materials both from Usps and Ups, my first package came in today..and i dont think am sending it out, am thinking of taking it down to the local police station and report, but my fear is the information i gave them including my ssN. please has anybody made complains about there info been used.so confused right now

Meghan –

Have credit monitoring put in place immediately

Bobby –

Sign up for credit monitoring

Rachel –

Yes please have the package tracked so we can start shutting these people down and have them caught.

Laura –

I signed the employment agreement with them on February 29th. I followed all direction. I think received an email asking that I reply to the email with my bank account information. I declined to do so. They called me numerous times. I logged in and complete my W4 tax form which included my SSN. Then yesterday I tried to login and it said my credentials are invalid. I’ve emailed 3 times asking why I can’t log in and no response. They now have my SSN, photo copy of my Driver’s License, and address. I cannot believe I fell for this. Are they stealing our identity? Using our information for money laundering? I have reached out to an employment attorney. All I can say is document, document, document. This is going to be a huge pain in the [censored] for all of us who gave them information!

Sara –

I immediately bought credit monitoring to keep myself safe. I also went online to all my credit card companies and put in alerts for anything bought over $10.00. I still have access to the dashboard and a few packages but I’m guessing that I will lose access since my first paycheck is due in April. I also took screenshots of the dashboard on all the packages sent to me with tracking info and names.

Ricardo –

I’m another victim, I’m gonna report them as well but I’m not returning anything, I’m gonna sell it to take my paycheck out of it , I got a computer, Apple headphones, electric fire place and iPod holder. They even bought an item under my name, but they aren’t smart enough.

Nikki –

omg so did I! I can’t believe this

I can now confirm it is a TOTAL SCAM! I called them and they lied so badly. I went to pick up a package today after talking to Ernest (biggest liar ever and he is the leader). Went to FedEx and had an authorization form to pick up the package in someone else’s name, lady at FedEX told me "sorry this package cant’ be released to you, this ID is a man’s photo but we called and it’s a female and she reported her CC stolen 2 weeks ago". I called Ernest and Katie and had the FedEx lady leave the voice mail to prove it to them. I then got a call from their "HR dept, Jean" who pretended to care and she will handle this and look into it. Went to log into my dashboard and I am now locked out.

By the way I had shipped 5 boxes and had to chase some of them all over town and back on my time and my dime

Victor –

I worked for them since February 19th .got packages all month contact almost everyday by phone and emails. .no issues untill Friday .when my pay date came up…now it is Tuesday and after i called and emailed all. Weekend. With no answer .i finally got my Manager Monday and told him I was not paid..He acted surprised and said he would check into it because it was over the weekend and i had 4 packages without labels so i needed to ship those to get paid…i told him i did not have labels. He said he would get my dashboard updated and get my pay released …nothing happened ..no pay .they owe me $2700 .i took screen shots of my dashboard that shows my pay date 3/20 and the amounts …now as of 9 p.m. i am locked out ..
I sent a message to accounting and my Manager..and i went on the website and sent a message to whoever they are about going to the police and reporting them for mail fraud..i have all the shipping receipts and pictures …
I will be contacting my lawyer as well..

Jenny –

Please i was either received all those mails .

Kurt –

Same!

Margaret –

I am about to deliver my 4th package today. I started working with this company on March 1st. At the moment everything is going smooth. I will keep you updated if I get a check or have any other suspensions.

Jesus –

It’s been a month. Did you receive your paycheck?

Brad –

Anyone reading this post..if you have any of their packages hold them and contact your local police. Have the package traced back to sender so we can determine where these packages are coming from. I am definitely going to trace my packages that were shipped.

Angel –

The contact states that each employee will get paid on the last day of each month. So it’s still the beginning of the month. Based on everyone’s comments, this company only keeps employees for the first few deliveries and then they release them from work. Hopefully, if this a real company, stated by the BBB, I will still be employed by them.

Sandra –

Until anybody doesn’t show real income. This is a scam. Don’t send packages with your fingerprints and be part of a crime

Amelia –

Okay so after weeks of them emailing me, and being a single mom, I caved. Spoke to Jenise on the phone twice. Even her dog went crazy barking so I knew she was a real person. Caller Id said FL. Gone through the same process. Got into my dashboard. Provided my SSN through the dashboard. At this point they’ve now asked 4 separate times for a copy of my drivers license. I’ve inquired the last two days about receiving a shipment since my package tab still says zero. Then tonight, I get an email asking for my bank info and to reply to the email with it. Uhmmmmm. Hello?! This information should be included on the dashboard which appears to be a secured site. I would never send my acct info through a random email. I’m sure it’s too late at this point because they have my ID and SSN. This sucks so bad. I’ve been out of work due to an invasive foot break and surgical repair and I’m trying to cover my rent and basic utilities. Not sure what they plan to do with stealing my ID but I have everything documented. To those of us under bad circumstances this sure does make us want to just quit on life. It sucks. Ernest and Ora cannot be real people. From what I’ve read no one has received a paycheck.

Robert –

Contacted through email, and offered me a work from home position. I’d be working as a Quality control specialist. The first package I was suppose to pick up from a FedEx drop off location. I never completed the request, due to learning more about the company.

Calvin –

Hey you guys these people care probably set up on an affiliate program using us to go the make their own commission. A few like me to get a few packages out then cut me off get some more then cut the off..and it goes on and on. Guess what; they are making huge profit..I need to shut them down! There are a lot of posts from me becausrI’m pissed.

Alisha –

The contract also stated they can release you from work without any reason.

Tammy –

These guys are still sending me packages. They even showed me a pay date on my portal. After all these reports here I’m just going to deny them after I’ve sent 3 packages. What can I do about my information given?

Dylan –

Set up on dashboard for shipping packages also shows pay rate monthly and bonus pay. Shipped 5 packages and dashboard shows $250 for bonus and 1,500 for base pay. Inquired to them to prove legitimacy after viewing this site. They communicated with me via to ensure of their legitimacy. Day after this my dashboard was deactivated and I have shipped 5 packages for them. This has been reported to police and filed claim on FBI website with details. They need to be stopped. They also have all my identification, address, ID, banking. etc.

Summer –

Legal name: THE PILOT GROUP OF THE COAST, LLC

Linda –

It’s a scam. I’m 100% sure now. I sent them the email I pasted below and moments after, my account was deactivated and I can’t sign in anymore. I’m really glad I didn’t provide them with my SSN.

Hello Ernest and Ora,

I hope this finds you well!

Thank you again for the opportunity to work at Pilot Shippers. I’m very excited about this position.

Ernest, I was hoping we could finish our phone conversation. I tried calling you, but you didn’t answer after our call dropped.

Can you both please provide me with your LinkedIn profiles? I have tried to find information online about the company, but I can’t find anything. When I type Pilot Shippers on Google, it doesn’t show up at all. I also wanted to check with you if we can schedule a video call at your earliest convenience? Being that we have only communicated via email and phone calls, I would like to place a face on the people I’m communicating with. Additionally, it will give me peace of mind, since there are a lot of scammers out there and that would help me feel more protected.

Please let me know if you have any questions or comments.

All the best,

Aimee –

That’s good you did your investigation

Hillary –

Yeah..it’s a scam. Shipped several packages then confronted them on my dashboard about their legitimacy and they responded via mail response and phone. Both Earnest and Jean Barnes assuring they were legit. Well after receiving the responses, I assured them I’d be willing to continue work if they are not scammers and not doing anything illegal. Well I noticed today no packages were sent to me and after logging in again to my dashboard, I could no longer get in. As of today, my bonus was at $250 and doing my job. I should be paid 1,500. Now what? Are they going to honor their employment agreement 🙄. I also had sent a message that they should want to prove themselves by allowing me to have positive feedback. Well this is what I got but if they don’t pay me FBI will have all info to find these guys you bet.

Timothy –

Hello everyone. I have been contacted by email too. But i haven’t sent any info to them. I thought it was a scam so I checked the address and it is an abandon warehouse. I asked them about this and their response to me was that this doesn’t cost you anything we provide you with everything so how are we scamming you? I think they will play the shippong thing with you for awhile then use your info to steal your identity. I think if you have given them all your info you should purchase a package from someone to watch your identity file for you.

Emmanuel –

Do you physically went to check the address?

Rafael –

Cathy…Don’t

Alexandra –

I just want to know if they really are a scam many of you say u received packages but have any of you received a check?

Larry –

Hi my name is Bryan im currently working with oilot shipping i just did my first package yesterday and im thinking it’s legit but after seeing this page idk now

This company claims to be legitimate. Their "interview" was to acknowledge they called and reply to their email "I confirm."

Ryan –

Based on the contacts, we are supposed to get paid on the last day of each month.

Levi –

No got paid yet…

Vanessa –

Does anyone have any updates? They’re asking me to fill up a W-4, but I’m not sure if I want to provide my SSN.

Richard –

Dont cause I dont think they do any type of bg check and they sure ain’t gon send you no w2 at the beginning of the year that’s obvious just reading the posts.

Jack –

Don’t provide it until you are sure.

Deanna –

They asked me to sign the employee agreement and provide copy of my DL is the last 4 covered. But I’m not certain I want to provide a copy of my license since the “phone interview” was not really an interview. It was more like information.

Also, I checked the address and from what I read it looks like an abandoned warehouse. I could be wrong but I’m still
On the fence. Sounds too good to be true.

Any other thoughts or feedback?

Barbara –

Lmao so here I am again w/ a brief update. So like I was saying at first my thoughts on these guys were scammers right… but then a few days later I received a package thinking to myself well hmmm this might be right… so today I went through all the steps by opening the box, checking the material, uploading documents and finally sending it to fed ex near by. So I’m like dang i might of judged to soon. Well as I just received another package my momma ask a few questions (that I answered by the way) but she was still up in that air about it like I was at first. So then she sends me this (watch out for the from home package shipping scam!) Real way to earn money online.com check it out everyone

Adriana –

Yeah I have sent a 2 now and seeing this has made me do some deeper digging. I tried calling as a customer today and got sent to voicemail. None of their contacts seem to be real people and I’m feeling iffy. where can I go and who can I talk to to get to the bottom of this? I do not want to be involved if they are not legit. I am going to talk to a lawyer on Friday and take his advice and am getting ready to just call them and quit right now.

Kurt –

Glad to see this and I am still checking into this. I have sent 4 packages a d don’t want to go to jail. It all seems so legit but after reading the article on the website you provided I scared. What should I do…what are you going to do?

Jesus –

Well from my experience so far, I can kinda confirm their legitimacy a bit. I’ve talked to the supervisor person for my area on the phone a couple times for details on how to package things correctly. Seemed like a cool person, also a package did get sent to my house but I overslept and missed that one because it was a sign-for type package.

Tracy –

I can now confirm it is a TOTAL SCAM! I called them and they lied so badly. I went to pick up a package today after talking to Ernest (biggest liar ever and he is the leader). Went to FedEx and had an authorization form to pick up the package in someone else’s name, lady at FedEX told me “sorry this package cant’ be released to you, this ID is a man’s photo but we called and it’s a female and she reported her CC stolen 2 weeks ago”. Worked for them for free. May we all learn and they will get what’s coming to them!

Latasha –

I talk with them too but they are proving themselves not legit and have deactivated my dashboard and I have sent 5 packages so far. But the police is on it and report filed to them and FBI. Shame on them.

Alex –

Charlie I’m with you they have deactivated my dashboard and I suppose to have earned $250 bonus. We going after guys to [censored] this down!

Felicia –

Did you already provided your Social Security #? Have you received a package already?

My bet is this “KIMBERLY JOHNSON” person who is the owner of the home at this address according to public tax records has no clue that this company in under her name.

Hello,

I think this company is legit. I’ve done a lot of investigating and I haven’t found any bad reviews on them except https://www.scampulse.com/pilot-shippers-reviews page. However I did find them on the Better Business Bureau and I wanted you all to see this https://www.bbb.org/us/fl/pensacola/profile/drop-shipper-mailing-services/pilot-… . Everything matches that’s on their website too. Here is their website http://pilotshippers.com/

I hope after you all look over these pages you will have more peace of mind, but again I am not 100% sure this is legit but I am more than 80% sure its legit.

I do look forward on hearing from you to talk more about this company!

Hello. I have been contacted by initial email just like explained above. and Sill me replied their email, gave my name, address, phone number. Also signed their electronic application with my DL copy with last 4 digits hidden? and did interview on phone?

I felt little fishy and started searching and now found this.
Can someone help me what to do next? since they have my DL (with last 4 digits hidden)?

Kelly –

they cannot do anything with that but i think it was a way for them to make you feel like you should be scared of that instead of covering your social when you fill out the w-4.. that is where you should be careful. 239558481

What is your finding? What are they after. They sure are doing quite a bit to be scammers. I have received my first task and you do not have to spend money for supplies…so I am usually skeptical as well but I have a dashboard and receive my first package tomorrow..traced through UPS…this seems pretty legit to me

Type of a scam Employment

This company promotes itself as a legitimate mailing/shipping service for international packages. They offered "pilot shippers" a fixed monthly amount of $1500 and a bonus of $50 for every package shipped. An employment agreement was signed and a driver’s license and address for shipping was provided. They are operating under the name of www.pilotshippers.com with a human resources rep. by the name of Marylin Bartlett. I was initially contacted by email and later by phone. They also provided an EIN of 81-3883146.

Dear Sir/Madam,

As a Quality Control Inspector you need to receive customer’s orders which will be delivered to your home address by UPS, FedEX or USPS. The orders will be coming from stores like Amazon, BestBuy, Walmart, Zappos and others.

Usually people order apparel, accessories, small appliances a lot of electronics, basically whatever they can get cheaper in the US than in their countries.

You need to check all the items against the invoices, check them for any kind of damages, make pictures, make copies of paperwork, report the packages, get them prepared for shipment and then ship them mostly to our hubs from where we do ship internationally by sea and by air. Rush orders may be shipped internationally by you.

Let me know if You need further assistance. If You satisfied with an answer, please complete the application and wait for one of our staff members to contact You.

We have limited seats left.
