Caller with thick foreign accent from this number states he is from IRS and has a warrant to arrest me. I didn’t let him finish his spiel as I dared him to come arrest me, then he hung up. I blocked my number and called the number my phone captured. The same caller with the accent answered "IRS". I told him I had their number and was going to report them to the authorities and he told me to *** off and hung up on me.

Was called on my cellphone today at 9:33am, 12:34pm, and 2:55pm (central time), from phone number (509)588-7301. I did not pick up. Every time, I received an identical voicemail with an automated voice saying "on this case file. please call immediately on our department number 5095887301". No other info.
I am not involved in anything that would have a "case file". Internet search implies that this number is part of an IRS scam. So, I am reporting this as another instance – I don’t need any assistance, just wanted to report it.
