I was contacted by phone on 6-3-19 and received a voice mail stating there was suspicious activity and they were suspending my social security number and I could press a number to receive more info. I was again called from a different number out of Dallas,TX saying saying there was a warrant for my arrest due to suspicious activity on my social security number. I was to speak to someone immediately or I would be arrested shortly. This was June 17th which happens to be my birthday. Not sure if it is related. I was also leaving the country on 6-3 when I got the first call so I’m not sure if it had something to do with that or not. I did not respond either time.

Type of a scam Debt Collections

I started receiving automated threats that legal action was.being taken against me and.I needed to call them. Then after a.couple of months, as I though it was a scam, I starts receiving messages from an actual person (middle eastern sounding), to call them, as legal action was being taken against me for delinquent credit accounts. This continued and the messages have become more caustic and very unnerving. I finally contact my bank who said they have had several complaints.when this is a scam. I am continuing to reach out to consumer fraud agencies to ensure this a scam, and I can move on.

For the last several weeks now, I have been pledged with calls from different

telephone numbers from a recorded messages, saying to press 1 to reach a

live representive and when you do, a individual will come online stating that

you owe a bill and asking if you are this person and what is your social

security no. and so forth. They continue to call even tho they know that your

telephone no. is on the NO CALL LIST. When you call the Attorney General

Office, all you get is excuses and the calls continue coming……….

The three telephone no’s listed below are the latest no’s that they have been

using to call me out of several more they also use. I hope there is something

you can do as I don’t want to change my two telephone no’s as they would

most likely get them to and therefore would be just a waste of time…..

** *** ** *** ** ***

These no’s have called my cell no’s 10 times in the past 2 days.
