Ours is a Physical therapy practice and we had closed our physical locations due to lack of PPE to protect against COVID19 on March 20th. On April 18th, I found the website https://pharma-depot.com/ and was excited that I could order basic PPE of thermometers, face shields and re-usable KN95 masks even though they were extremely expensive. I paid $827.83 for 2 thermometers, 20 face shields and 50 re-usable KN95 masks, and $44.06 for 7-15 day shipping. I did not receive the shipment until May 22nd and had no way of contacting the vendor through their web-site. When I opened the shipment, I saw that I received the the thermometers and face shields, however instead of the 50 reusable KN95 masks @ $249.99/50masks, I received 3ply disposable masks which cost ~0.60/mask. I was able to contact the website through a "message center" tab that was available after I logged in to the site and created an account. They promptly responded and requested a picture of what was delivered, which I did send. However since then I have not been able to access that account and there is no longer a "message center" visible on the website. I have sent emails to [email protected], and [email protected] The email to support bounces back.
During this extremely difficult time, I’m very sad to see that I over paid for products coming from China, through a US company who have refused to provide me with the product I paid for and have no way to contact/communicate with them. I humbly request ScamPulse.com to please look into the practices of this company so no one else has the experience that I have had.
