In the process of making an online purchase, I submitted my debit card info. on Feb. 20, 2019. I have not received a confirmation email, or any reply when I inquire about my order. My debit card has not been charged, as of this date. The Website should not be functional if the company no longer offers these products and/or these services. I am afraid that they have my debit card info. for unscrupulous exploitation. Please advise.

Bought dog treats through them, order never was sent to me despite an email confirmation. The address on their website is not correct and the phone number listed is not working! They probably did not go through with the purchase probably because I paid with Amex! I emailed them looking for my order – No response
