I was scammed out of $1800 for Air Transport for my Shih Tzu puppy I purchased from usabaseshihtzupups.com (also a scam) $750.00
After I purchased the puppy, to transport they surprise you with fee for a special crate because of the virus, as deposit.
They scammed me out of $2550.00. Worse part was the look on my daughters face that she will not get her puppy.

On Monday 8/17/2020 I made a Zelle payment for $500 [email protected] and $250 to

[email protected] via Zelle payment for a Shihtzu pup dog from their web site

[email protected] https://usabaseshihtzupups.com/about-us/#(401) 307-2586. The payment was

for a Shihtzu pup named Moma on their website and to be shipped to our address in St Augustine. They were to

confirm on Wednesday but did not and we followed thru via email and text. On Thursday they emailed us that the

pup was registered and to be transported by Pets America relocation service. We got an email from Pets America

and confirmed the delivery information. Then about an hour later they emailed us stating the pup could not be

transported in the existing crate and needed us to pay $1800 for a special shipping crate. At this point I called this

outfit and the man stated the same as email I explain I was not paying $1800 to transport the pet here and to

return the pup to breeder and I would drive to Providence, Rhode Island to pick up. We emailed texted the breeder

and have not heard back from them. So I did some further research on this Pets America delivery and found them

to be a scam. We still have not received a text or email from breeder and it appears to be a fraudulent scam from

these folks, usabaseshihtzupups. I made a scam claim on the ZELLE service and my bank Vystar Credit Union here

in St. Augustine. I wanted to follow up with you all and see if you can stop this fraudulent business. The Zelle

payment went to [email protected] and [email protected] I do not have any further bank

information but Zelle does.

Thank You in advance for anything you can do to stop this fraudulent theft activity.

After made 750$ for the Puppy so here continue the drama with the Pet Air America Transport.

The Pet Air America email to confirm all the flights tickets and information of the Shihtzu Puppy

On the ticket the Puppy will arrival on the Sunday May 24, 2020 at 6 pm at Killeen – Fort Hood Airport, Tx. But in somehow at the same day before the puppy flight departure time 1:00pm they’re call and email to let me know due to the Covid19 the puppy can not allow ship with regular Crate ( the crate come along with the puppy as the owner sold ) they offer me to rent the Thermal Electronic Crate but first I need to make deposit 1800$ for the Crate until I pick up and receive the Puppy at the Airport so they are gonna refund 1700$ back ( 100$ will cut off because the rent free )

After I did make a 1800$ on Sunday May 24, 2020 and they’re say we have to wait for the next flight available for the Puppy . Later at the same day they’re call me back and told me that no flight are available at this moment and Monday is Memorial Holiday so I have to wait until Tuesday Morning May 26, 2020 for the flight and so here they email me for the details tickets flight :

THE PUPPY HAS BEEN CHECKED AT THE U.S PETS QUARANTINE DEPARTMENT AND ALL THE REGISTRATION PAPERS, HEALTH CERTIFICATES ARE ACCURATE. BUT INFORMATION FROM THE INSURANCE DEPARTMENT SAYS YOUR PUPPY DID NOT HAVE AND INSURANCE COVER FOR THE SAFETY OF THE TRANSIT FLIGHT TO YOUR LOCATION. please help me out I really don’t know what to do . My heart is broken because I deeply falling in love with the Puppy and I am so ready to get him home now my money and my trust have been played

I’m so sorry this happened to you but thank you for sharing…we just went through the exact same thing with these [censored]. I don’t even need to write it out as it’s EXACTLY what they did to us but we got lucky and my husband realized it for what it was and we were able to cancel the $1800 wire transfer before they picked it up. We have also been on the phone for the past hour with our bank disputing the $750. Thankfully, we didn’t get to the insurance scam yet. This was a graduation gift for our high school senior as we just lost our shihtzu a month ago. I will post our story as well. If you went through Zelle through your bank, try to dispute it…good luck and so sorry! We were in love with our puppy we were getting too. These people are EVIL!
