I have bought a puppy from another state, Texas. The seller is supposedly using a company called Pet Airways to ship the puppy. Evidentially, the company closed business in 2011. Mac Morgan, the man I keep talking to, with an African accent, says they have reopened. The website (petairways.com) has not information regarding pricing, locations, contacting them, etc. The voicemail on the phone number (972-853-7960) is very generic. The "drop-off package receipt" says "Pet Airway," but the email address is "Pets Airways." After the puppy was dropped off at the El Campo, TX Airpark, I received an email (accidentally deleted) saying they need money for an acceptable crate….$1,000 to buy or $765 to rent. The seller says he paid it. When the puppy has a layover in Utah, I received an email saying they need $425 for a permit allowing the puppy to travel from Utah to Arizona. The next morning I receive an email stating they need $325 for the feeding and medical attention. I specifically asked about that the day before and was not told there would be a fee for it. Now they are holding the puppy in Arizona for the money.

I have several emails, receipts and text messages I can send.
