My computer froze and got a message to call a number. They said they were Microsoft and my data had been broken into. Wanted to fix it for 349.00 one time fee but that would leave me open to another break in of my data. Had 3 internet protection packages. We chose 799.00 for 3 years protection. 90.00 tech fee. 840.00 on our credit card. Found out these people were the scammers. Reported to my bank which usually goes after them for the money and credits our credit card. Be aware.
