My computer started talking telling me that Microsoft had detected a virus,trojan, and someone was hacking into my computer to steal the information and I needed to call 1- 877-220-4927 for tech support to help before closing the computer or I would be blocked out and possible lose files, etc. I should have known better but instead called and then the technician took control of the computer, said I did not have network security and needed to add that with sonic wall, NSA-Dell, Gov, banking security, etc then transferred me to ITech Expert to buy the needed security 3 years for total of $478.00 their number 1-800-605-2421 e-mail [email protected] It all seemed to be legit but I still has a bad feeling and should have gone with that. Also I had a very hard time understanding the man I was talking to his name was Ronnie, Sr. Mcrosoft Technician, Emp. Id- MS -1021, Ext. no -405.
