Type of a scam Phishing

This company sends you letters that look like from the government regarding labor compliance, and threatens a business that they will be fined and punished if we do not have the updated required labor posters. After a business owners send in the initial payment for the poster (under $20), a rep calls to verify how many employees, what state, do we have bilingual employees etc. Next thing you know, you get posters delivered to you and a bill of $400++! We have no idea there were going to be more than 1 poster and that the initial $19+ payment is just a bait and switch!!! Now, the company sent the account to a collections agency because the business had no idea these posters were going to cost them almost $500. Personal Concepts needs to be exposed and businesses need to be warned. They took advantage of the COVID-19 situation to threaten business owners that there must be posters to update the current COVID situation as well. In times like these when so many small businesses are suffering because we can’t open or operating on a very limited hours, all the more they should not be taking advantage of businesses.

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

This company has harassed me for years saying that I need their labor law posters and I’m not in compliance with the government laws. They called daily and refused to let me speak to a manager or take me off of their call list. They argue with me on the phone to the point I have to hang up in your face. They are unprofessional and rude and will not listen to a word I say

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

They call you and tell you they represent the labor law and tell you it is a must you buy product from them. I told them I get labor law posters from my current payroll company and it is not needed. This is the second year in a row they sent me the product, sent me an invoice, and then force you to pay to ship it back or they will send you to collections.

This company misrepresented initial order of Hippa Compliance Poster. Initial Order was for 1 Labor Law poster to be laminated and shipped to office. Upon receipt of order, we were billed for an additional 16 posters that were not indicated on the initial order and sent an invoice in the amount of $260 when we originally under the impression that one poster was 20. This company misrepresented their services, using scare tactics, and threatening collection procedures.Stay away from this company by any means.
