I got scammed too. DAMN!
Ordered a Tavor TS-12 for $1199
Selected Apple Pay online and got texted next day with Apply Pay email to a gmail address
Should have looked up reviews right then and there, but I went with it…
They later sent me a shipping confirmation going to my residential address, which is ILLEGAL! So I immediately looked up reviews and found this site.
Transaction was still pending when I found out and then I called my bank, who said to call Apple Cash.
I called Apple and was referred to their fraud department. A person named Castro then informed me that Apple Cash is for friends and family and there is no way to dispute this on their platform.
I then told him Apple has a severe branding problem because I thought I was paying through Apple Pay, which does have merchant accounts, and I thought I could dispute it. Apparently I didn’t invest the time to research Apple Pay and the nuances in order to not be defrauded. Looking back, it was clearly a scam based on the gmail account, but some gun store owners don’t really understand technology or online checkout systems so I wouldn’t put it past one to do this, but now I will.
I hope Apple Pay figures out their branding issue and provides recourse for its customers. Til then I will never use this service for anything again!

I can’t believe I fell for this SCAM. I wish I had checked out “Peacemaker Gun Shop” before I sent them my money for a Tavor TS-12. They and their probably affiliated shipper, FIINEXS INT, are completely fraudulent. I would like to know how to get Google (ugh) and the appropriate criminal investigators (FBI and Nevada Attorney General) to do something about these FRAUDULENT CROOKS.
Called peace maker gun shop today and a regular civilian answered (non gun shop owner) he stated he didn’t know how they were using his phone number and is not affiliated with this store. He also said that he has been getting several calls and going to call the police department.
I then used their live chat option to communicate with someone about my order and they asked me if I had a “debit card to make payment”.
Then they texted me an hour later and they wanted me to pay through a link sent through [email protected] email
Anyone know how these people are getting away with this?
Called the phone number, whacked out guy answers says he has 67 TS12s in stock, asked about LEO pricing and he said” we aren’t taking coupons” i spit out my drink and promptly hung up. Its a SCAM..no full address in Reno,, its not.a real place, but they will take your real money..
Unfortunately believe website add for Tavor TS 12 shotgun for $1199.99 which is a excellent price for this shotgun now days except I did find it strange that Apple Pay, Bitcoin and some other pay websites I have not heard of, so I chose Apple and this is what I received in return a order received notice not confirmation notice. Tried for two dats now to contact gun shop through emails since no phone number on website. Today found your site and BBB website warning about this gun shop scam. Lucky I have more than one email address and no money taken through Apple Pay so moved money out of my account and now trying to go through my bank to stop payment on any purchase made to Peacemaker gun shop. Need to be investigated criminally.

More interesting.. The [censored] use the real fll dealer address. Call him, and complain.. He should listen.. And report it to fbi.

It’s just a scam from Latino from Ecuador.. The website and their affiliate swift cargo lines just need to go down.. Money excursion and scam. They using the real FLL dealer address with no affiliation them, and no working phone numbers.. It’s a shame. Google still keep them on the front page.. I am filing a complain with google right now.. Don’t even try to buy anything from them
Like all the other comments, I ditto everything. Could pay with a card, two phone numbers on the web site don’t work. The guy texted me… I called the number I was texted from and woman answered and knew nothing about Peacemaker Gun Shop.
Buy at your own risk… You’ll get nothing in return.

Website only takes on-line currency (Apple Cash, Google Pay, etc) and after you make a payment they stop all contact and communication and do not send a product. Online currency cannot be restored when scammed.

Was looking for a TAVOR TS-12 Gauge shotgun. Found this website, that had the cheapest price at the time. Contacted them, and waited for a response. I found it odd that the website didn’t have a street number for the address. Just Street name, city, state and zip code. Also that you couldn’t pay using a credit card. Bitcoin, and other strange ways. They did have Apple pay, or so the site said. When I went to use Apple pay nothing happened. They contacted me back about my question, but even it was a little odd. Not to professional. Then they contacted me again about how to pay. Wanted me to use an e-mail address to use Apple pay. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!! FIND ALTERNATE MEANS TO PURCHASE THE FIREARM.
I found the same exact thing. It’s a scam. Couldn’t find the business tax ID number that is usually on a legitimate site. Emails were strange. Poor grammar combined with pushing an Ethan you of speed in several emails. The phone number listed on the website is from Virginia and they claim to be located in Arkansas. It all adds up to a pretty shady scam.
