I received a phone call that initially started with "Hi, I’m George Williams from Publishers Clearing House Lottery InterState Company" … He spoke broken English. He asked if I had received my notification for winning 5 million and a 2018 Silver MB car? It was mailed to me two weeks ago he said. I told him mail was very slow around here. He then said that I could pick-up my winner’s documents by calling him when I was back from my trip (I told him I’d be traveling) and he would direct me to the local UPS delivery site where I could pick-up the paperwork. I asked if he had a tracking number and he said they don’t use tracking numbers. When he asked for personal information to put on the new car registration, I gave him false information.
