Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
A Mr. Payton wright contacted me via text message, stating he saw my internet ad for the sale of puppies. He stated that he was hearing impaired and wanted my email address to continue our conversation. He only contacted me via email once. He continued to send texts stating that he would give me my price and would send money for a mower to pick up the puppy. He said he was buying the puppy for his daughter. He sent a cashier’s check for the amount of $2,550.00. The puppy was $600.00. Once I deposit the check he want me to deposit funds into a *** *** Bank account. I call the *** Credit Union that the cashier’s check was drawn on. They stated that the check was a fake.
