They called other family numbers and gave them a case number so I called back scared as they said it would end up in court. They had information on credit card my social and address and said I was delinquent and it was going to court I wasn’t thinking and set up 2 payments for a total of 296.40 and asked for a receipt be emailed and never received one and know I call back to the number and ask about case number they say I was never in there system or never contacted me I’m at a loss
