Type of a scam Online Purchase
On May 8, 2020 I saw their ad on Facebook for the Soothing Dog Bed. I asked a few questions about the sizes on their Facebook page Paws Place Dog Rescue, which has a link to their pngage and has their phone number (I called it today and it’s disconnected). They helped me decide which size was right for my dog. I purchased the item on a credit card. I then noticed that the charge on my card was for "Cheap Car Rentals LTD" which I thought was odd. So I sent them a Facebook message inquiring about that and was told, "Yes that is correct. It is the holding company. In your statement you should see the transaction by that name." I received an email with a confirmation number and that it would ship in 12-15 days. I sent them a Facebook message on 6/1 but no reply. I tried to email them today but it bounced back as permanent error. I still haven’t received it as of 6/6/20, almost a month later. I googled dog-lab and saw that other people have said it’s a scam.
