Consumer stated that she received two phone calls over the span of 3 days. Both callers stated that there has been a complaint against the consumer and they are calling to get her side of the story before sending out a warrant for her arrest. Each message left a different name and number for the consumer to return the call and are as follows:
First call – complaint made from Anderson County, call Patty at 888-734-2035 with Ref# 136724. When the consumer called the number, the answering machine said it was Franklin West and Associates
Second Call: complaint made from Houston, TX, call Constable Jeff Turner from Harris County at 281-201-1113. When the consumer called the number, the answering machine said is was Hooper Hoffman and Klein.
The consumer left now messages and confirmed with Harris County that there is no constable by that name.
