This person posed as my pastor in an email and at first asked me for a favor sent from his iphone. I replied not looking closely at the email address it looked similar to my pastor’s. Then he/she responded with the followingGood to hear from you,How are you? I need to get an Xbox card for a cancer patient that I promised her as a birthday gift but I can’t do this right now because I’m currently busy checking on a friend at the hospital. Sent from my iPhone That is when I got suspicious and noticed that the email was not exactly pastor’s. it was very close but came from gmail not .org. I contacted my pastor with the correct email address, and he indicated this was not him.
