Type of a scam Business Email Compromise
I wrote a book and they claimed they read the book and wanted to advertise it on their electronic magazine which advertised books they approved of. How did they get my email address? I don’t know how they got my email address. I checked to see if they had a pngage in which they did not have. I called them back and they claimed they would have a pngage up in a couple of weeks and they quickly hung up. It seemed to me that there was too many red flags.
