We contacted Ms. Glikman-Margolin for window treatments in July 2016, and approved in August 2016 wherein we provided a $1,400 deposit with the understanding that the project should take between four and six weeks. We attempted to follow up via telephone and text messages with Ms. Glikman-Margolin numerous times betweem September 2016 through November 2016 to determine the status of the project. As of today, she hasn’t provided the services agreed upon, nor has she returned our deposit. The court ruled that in our favor, ordering her to pay us the requested amount of money, but Ms. Glikman-Margolin has ignored the court order. We have put an request for order of execution.
