I was online searching for a work from home job and their website, palmercargo.com came up. I went on the website and "applied" for a work from home job. Days later a lady by the name of Stephanie contacted me with information about their company. She then sent a contract to my email. I contacted her and asked where I could get more information on the company. She was being really short and had a bit of an attitude but directed me to the one and only website in which I had "applied". There were no other websites with information on that company. No reviews no social media pages, nothing at all showed up when I searched. I then went back to the website and looked at the search box and realized that the website was not secure. I also did a search on the photos used on the website and saw that they were random photos of people found online that they had taken and used to show people that had reviews and also the CEO of the company on their website. I then left the situation alone. 2 days later the same woman with an Russian type accent then contacted me about finishing the paperwork wich included giving my social security number and drivers license number. Not sure why they needed my drivers license number for me to work from home but…
I then sent an email and told her that I would not give my ss number or drivers license number because I didnt feel comfortable. I couldnt find any other information on the company besides the 1 website that she told me about with the fake photos, fake reviews and the not secure website warning. I havent heard from the lady since. Beware. Her name is "Stephanie Ros". She has a bit of an accent and gets aggravated when you ask questions about the company.
I just went through the same this with Stephanie Ros but I went through with the job shipping packages I started June 1 I was supposed to be getting a pay of $3100 a mount and when it came to July the 1 I never got paid so I’m calling her and she will telling me to sign some promotion papers for a pay of $4100 and I told her no because it’s the 6 and I still haven’t gotten paid,so then I did a little googling of my own and it turns out that,that name may be of a missing girl after I found that out I then tried calling her again on Thursday of last week no luck and now today 😑 her phone is disconnected. This company can really end up getting sued because by this lady have all my important information. So what do I do now. Help me
