I placed an order with Paint by Number ( which is the first site that pops up when you google “paint by number”) on June 4,2020. It wasn’t until I hit the order button that I got an estimated delivery time of up to 2 months “due to Covid”. One month in I asked for an update and got a stock reply. At almost 2 months, again I got a very similar stock reply…” had been shipped from China but slow due to Covid”. I am now almost 3 months out and realizing this is a scam. No real way to get around the stock reply emails, no delivery, and credit card has been charged. Should have checked the ScamPulse.com website before ordering……. Many complaints and no deliveries.! BEWARE!

I have sent numerous emails to their so-called customer service department and all I get back are pre-fabricated responses that do not address my question directly. They continue to send me automated emails to get me to order more. I lost $28.

This website was suggested by Google advertisement when searching for paint-by-number products. The website looks legitimate with numerous options for items for purchase. The only warning signs that I did not notice until after my purchase are the address and the lack of a phone number. Three weeks after purchase, a shipping tracking number from China was uploaded, but over two months since then no package has shipped.
This website is a complete scam.

Saw ad on Facebook and ordered art to work on during quarantine on April 14,2020. As of July 2020 never received order and company provided fake order number and tracking numbers. Have been receiving emails from drop ship email with generic info about delays due to Covid. Paid with PayPal and have since closed PayPal account due to this scam.

They originally had an address in New York. Now I noticed that their new address is Ontario. They sent me a tracking number of shipment, but it didn’t work. No such order.

We ordered 4 paint by number items from this coming beginning of April, 2020. Two items were individualized create your own paintings but the other 2 were available on the website. It is now July and we have not received these items nor have we been able to reach the business. There is no phone number and the emails I send come back from "mens leather belts". I am still receiving promotional emails from this company every week with special offers. I have repeatedly ask for my money back, but get no response. I don’t think this company actually exists and it is a scam.

Due to Covid-19, I decided to order a couple paint by numbers to pass the time. I ordered my products on 4/12/20. On 4/19/20, I received abn email that they were working on my order, but everything was delayed due to corona, which at the time made a lot of sense. On 5/1/20, I received an email from the company that my order had shipped and to allow an additional 14-21 business days for shipping due to Covid-19, and they provided a tracking number. The tracking number never once worked. On 5/24, 5/28 and 5/31, I emailed asking about the status of my order, and I never received a response. Here we are at the end of June, and I STILL never received a package or any correspondence from this company.
It sucks because I fell for this scam and I’m now out $45, but I really hope this doesn’t happen to someone else. I did some research and found another website called "paint by diamonds". They have the same business address, but I did find a phone number on that site. I called and left a voicemail. No one called me back (shocker).
I’ve attached my emails that I’ve sent them as well as my confirmation and shipping email. They have my name as well as my address and credit card number as obviously those were needed to place the order online. As of now, there has been no suspicious activity on my account.

I ordered two paint by number kits from this company in early April and was charged $38.93 on April 6th. They sent tracking information thereafter which does not work/says cannot be found, have not responded to any of my emails requesting information about my shipment or for a refund. I’ve sent multiple emails the past two months. It is clear from a google search that this has happened to many others who ordered merchandise from this "company" and never received it. They are clearly a scam.
